All trips to Wild Tundra will be from Rankin Inlet, Nunavut Territory in 2011 and 2012

Your trip to Wild Tundra includes air charter from Rankin Inlet to the Wild Tundra Camp on Ferguson Lake. We are negotiating a preferred rate for our clients with commercial airlines from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Rankin Inlet, Nunavut.

Note: All guests are responsible for overnight stays en route or departure if needed and Anglers are responsible for fishing license

Payment

To book your trip, Wild Tundra requires a $ 600.00 USD deposit per person plus a $ 150.00 fuel surcharge per person. Balance of your trip fee is due by March 15th of the year of travel. Payments by personal check or money order made out to Wild Tundra Inc. are preferred but credit card payments are available through Paypal for deposits only. If you prefer a bank wire transfer please advise and we'll provide the information you will need. Flights often sell out quickly. Guests are encouraged to book early.

Barter

Wild Tundra is also open to a barter arrangements with professional photographers, video producers and other professionals where appropriate.

Canadian Dollars and the ‘Goods & Services Tax’ (GST)

Canada's Federal government collects a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on virtually all goods and services. Wild Tundra trips are subject to this tax and not included in our fees.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds minus $200.00 per person will be made if cancellations are made before March 15th. Cancellations made after March 15th will receive credit minus $200.00 against a future trip. Cancellation Insurance is available through travel agents.
